No-Show Policy

​No-shows, late shows, and cancellations impede the access of those individuals who need veterinary care. Spay Illinois may require non-refundable deposits to secure appointments. When you receive services at our clinics, in compliance with our appointment policies, the deposit will be applied to your invoice.

Those deposits are as follows:

$50 deposit for a spay/neuter appointment

​

$20 deposit for a wellness appointment if you bring in three or more pets

​

Remember, this policy costs you nothing when you remain in compliance with our appointment policy!
