In addition to low cost spay and neuter surgeries, we also offer affordable dentals, wellness exams, and vaccinations, just to name a few of the many services we perform. We need experienced, high-energy multi-taskers that have some schedule flexibility to fill the following positions:
- 1 Certified Vet Technician (Full Time) Starting salary $16 – $20 DOE
- 2 Vet Technicians (Full Time) Starting salary $13 – $15 DOE
- 1 Relief Vet Technician (Part-time/off-site locations) $13 – $15 DOE

As a vet technician you will be responsible for assisting veterinarians and surgical staff in the care of animals before, during and after surgery. Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Surgery Prep
Administering any injections/vaccinations, pre-medication, shaving, induction and intubation of patients as needed with an ability to monitor anesthesia, including placement of IV catheters.
Ability to quickly and competently follow vet instructions and requests; follow proper protocols for anesthesia, emergency and CPR procedures; perform and ensure sterilization of instruments and equipment before, during and after surgery; transfer pets to and from surgery, ensure proper surgical secured placement and move animals to proper recovery areas.
Disconnecting pets from surgical equipment, safely handling and monitoring pets, including extubating, stimulating and administering meds as directed for recovery, taking temperatures and continued monitoring of heart rate and oxygen. Must be able to lift at least 40 pounds for the transference of pets into surgery and recovery.
- Wellness Clinic
Knowledge and use of proper restraint techniques, administering vaccinations, completing blood draws for testing.
- Pickup/Drop Off
Weigh and record pet weights, safely handle and transfer pets to holding areas while awaiting surgery preparation, competently review and explain billing and medical notes with clients. Friendly, knowledgeable, and compassionate communications with clients is a must!
