The Belle of the Ball

Hi everyone, my name is Annabelle and I will be hosting my own Blog (well Daisy Dog will have a small part but I am definitively the brains behind this operation). I came into my forever home 3 years ago. I was thrown out of my house, all alone, sick, and scared and didn’t know what I was going to do. Finding an apartment when you have no job, no money, and need to sleep 18 hours a day (to maintain my gorgeous appearance) is really hard. Also every apartment I went to said “NO CATS ALLOWED”, funny thing is I don’t even have a cat. Personally I don’t even like cats ( I don’t allow them in my new home either).

So I felt hopeless until a really nice lady picked me up and took me to a local vet clinic that agreed to take me in. That is where I found my new mom, even though she said dad was going to kill her because the whole family was allergic to cats (I promised her I would never bring a cat home) she brought me home. She called me a foster for a really long time and kept telling dad she was looking for a home for me ( didn’t know what that meant) until she bought me that really comfy bed that sits in her office right by the window where I sunbathe everyday and snooze. Yes, she had found me the perfect home (or bed as I call it).

I live with my parents, and a human brother & sister. I also have to take care of the family pets; 3 dogs – Daisy dog, Murry, and Cookie (who mom calls foster also; I call her clueless). It’s not an easy job to keep these three in line but I do it, I know that we all have to do our part in the family.

Well make sure you check back often as I am going to help to get the animals of Illinois a home, spayed/neutered, and cared for by telling you their stories every week. I am going to take a nap.
